The smallest of actions and words can sometimes have a bigger impact then we'll ever know.
And who knows maybe your paths will cross again-on the tennis court perhaps. The world can be a small place sometimes.Thumsuphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02036226608292749508noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5359970966501743019.post-3746898689201987182008-04-11T11:14:00.000-04:002008-04-11T11:14:00.000-04:00Kelli, I saw that you visited my blog -- thanks so...Kelli, I saw that you visited my blog -- thanks so much! I have a daughter named Kelli, too, and when I first saw your blogger name, I thought she had changed hers from simply "kelli" to "kelligirl". I sometimes even call her "my Kelli girl" :)

When I have more time, I need to check out your blog a little further. It looks like you're doing a wonderful job. May God use you to bless many!Cheryl Barkerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15700429665500763372noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5359970966501743019.post-34613850071300292712008-04-10T06:19:00.000-04:002008-04-10T06:19:00.000-04:00It's not clear whether Tennis Woman is a Christian...It's not clear whether Tennis Woman is a Christian or not, but she seems to be showing all the markers - patience, love, compassion and forgiveness for her daughter. Since she evidently said nothing to that effect after you told her you'd pray for her, I assume not (yet, anyway). But, you "showed up" for Christ. It will, one way or another, make a difference for her!Danhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17017322327511912945noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5359970966501743019.post-51918742094555898802008-04-09T15:51:00.000-04:002008-04-09T15:51:00.000-04:00Kelli, I love how God puts unexpected people and c...Kelli,
I love how God puts unexpected people and circumstances into our lives (sometimes for only a brief moment)to teach us important lessons and to give us an opportunity to exercise our faith. I always take these "moments" as a sign that God is with me.
The "Tennis Lady" was fortunate to meet you and I'm sure your brief words touched her heart. I will be praying for her and her daughter as I'm sure many others will. I think that you should have cards made up with your blog address on them to give to people you meet. Your writing is very thought provoking and inspirational.
Love you Kelligirl! And reminding us that we all have to move with the spirit speaks to us.

KatherineKatherine "Speedracer" Russawhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18225632664597110195noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5359970966501743019.post-14486013218405566992008-04-09T07:21:00.000-04:002008-04-09T07:21:00.000-04:00Kelli....I feel your pain, and pray along with you...Kelli....I feel your pain, and pray along with you for all those out there with dependencies.
It is true that we all at some time suffer in relying on something other than Jesus. He however is the only one that can truly pull us from pain and suffering.
You dear lady have a beautiful, strong, loving heart and soul and I know that the tennis woman, as well as all of us are better people for having you in our gardens of friendship.
Thanks Kelli, and have a blessed day. (This is my first day of work so celebrate with me).
Blessings and Love,
PeggyPeggyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16531332561138496420noreply@blogger.com
